Description
A bit of animation I did while playing around with a rig I found online (meryproject.com). The dialogue clip is from "New Girl".
I'm still polishing this, and am probably going to change some of the poses/framing, particularly towards the end. If anyone has any constructive thoughts on how to push this to the next level I would really appreciate it.

The pose choice is great and the character really reads. Some of the motion still feels like Maya is doing too much of the work with the moving holds, or that there isn't enough ease in or overshot, like when she raises her wine glass. And there's bits with her head moves that feel like the should be affecting other parts of her torso more to feel connected and push this beyond TV animation quality.
