This was a commission done for :iconozkangaroo: of his character Oz Kangaroo. It was fun to do another model sheet done like my voodoo gator a few months ago.

The expression of a character simply makes the character. Me, I really need to make one of these reference sheets for my character soon.

Not bad indeed. It looks rather professional and displays a fair amount of action that I believe would rather suit an animation department. Nice, broad range of character expressions, poses, and actions.

Wow, this looks fantastic! The lineart is superb, very clean, as well as the shading and highlighting! I also love the way you draw eyes; they really help get the expression of the character across. It's amazing how the do that, considering that they're such a small part of the character. I'm trying to improve my eye and expression drawing skills at the moment, so something like this is really useful! :)

I would love to do one of these for my characters when my skills improve. In fact, I might commission you for one of these in the future, if that's ok with you! :D

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. If you're looking to improve on drawing cartoon eyes, you might want to check out a book called Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair, it's helped me a lot with my cartoon works.

Yes I am okay with you commissioning me, in fact I would really appreciate it if you did. If you're looking to get a model sheet like this one, I'm currently selling them at a very low price. A model sheet like this with 8 poses and 8 expressions (one pose coloured) costs $65.00 (Canadian), but the price can be lower depending on the number of poses/type of character. I'm selling them at an inexpensive price because I am in school right now, other people who make model sheets like this can charge up to $500.

So yeah, if you're interested in commissioning me then feel free to send me a note. I am open for the rest of the summer, so if you are looking to commission me your best chance would be before the first week of September, which is when school starts for me.
