It's always great to see more of these from you, Alex! You're getting better every time, and it's great to see your confidence allowing you to try new poses...and you've nailed them perfectly here! That one in the top right looks so animated (even though it isn't moving ) and I love the bottom left, and the air guitar pose you've used again to great effect...ahh, I love 'em all!
I all the expressions as well, especially the angry pose! It's gotta be those eyes you draw! Also, I see a new characteristic here; the muscle definition. You've done it excellently; it looks very well defined, without being over the top.
These sheets are very helpful to see. I actually have my own wolf character I created a long time ago, and I haven't drawn him for ages, because I'm not really sure how to! But, this sheet, along with the Denny sheet you did, have given me a lot of ideas on how to improve him, and I will definitely put those into practice when drawing him again.
I've been studying some of my favourite cartoons for inspiration as well, and some new books on anatomy...but, I shouldn't let the study of drawing distract me too much. After all, it's a bit pointless unless I can put what I've learned into practice
Thanks. It was cool to define the muscles a bit more, as it is not something that I usually make prominent in cartoon designs, but this situation called for it. I'm glad they could be of help to you.
